The membership year runs from January 1 to December 31. Please PAY YOUR DUES PROMPTLY to avoid errors, increased fees and lapses in service.
All memberships support the promotion of the Bluefaced Leicester in North America. BLU places advertisements in major sheep and fiber magazines, and promotes the breed and its members through the website.
$20.00 ACTIVE Membership – Lower BLU Registry fees, listing on bflsheep.com website (in Membership Directory), free classified ads on website. This fee increases to $35 after April 30.
$10.00 JUNIOR Membership – Available for any youth to 20 years of age. Benefits include lower BLU Registry fees, listing on bflsheep.com website (in Membership Directory), free classified ads on website. Does not include voting privileges.
$10.00 ASSOCIATE Membership – Higher BLU Registry fees, listing on bflsheep.com website (in Membership Directory), free classified ads on website. This membership is ideal for the fiber flock breeder, the commercial breeder, or the breed supporter.
How To Join
OPTION A: If you are already a member, you can renew online via the Members Home page. Payments accepted via PayPal. For other payment options, see below.
OPTION B: Print out the ASR Work Order form, fill out and indicate new member or renewal, and mail to BLU with your membership fee, using the address below. Please make all checks or money orders to BLU. You may also pay by credit card. Credit card is the preferred method for our Canadian members to avoid banking fees assessed on checks and M.O. New memberships and/or renewals may be sent in with sheep registrations or transfers using the Work Order form.

New Members
If you are a brand new member, welcome aboard! We hope you’ll love the Bluefaced Leicester as much as we do! BLU is here to help and support its membership, whether you’ve just bought your first Bluefaced Leicester, or you have owned them for many years.
Any NEW member joining after August 1st will not have to renew until December of the following year.
