I am still looking for a BFL ewe with the larger, looser lock structure in her fleece. I got my original BFLs from Judy Colvin and they had this structure. I seem to only see the sheep with the very fine corkscrew like curls at most shows (even though the standard says “purled”). do you know anyone who is still breeding this type of BFL that might be at Black Sheep Gathering? I live on Whidbey Island in Washington state, but am driving down to attend BSG. I would like to contact anyone who might be attending the national show who might have the type of ewe I am looking for. Can you recommend anyone?: thanks, Joanne
